Lawrence, Kan. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Lawrence Marketplace in Lawrence for $10.5 million. The 90,982-square-foot retail center is located at 2525 Iowa St. Anchor tenants at the fully occupied property include Planet Fitness and Office Depot. Zach Turner, Scott Wiles, Mark Ruble, Erin Patton, Craig Fuller and Chris Lind of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a Kansas-based limited liability company. The team also secured the buyer, a New York-based limited liability company.

Kansas City, Kan. — In a sale-leaseback transaction, MAG Capital Partners LLC has acquired a 30,000-square-foot retail building occupied by Frontier Justice in Kansas City. Frontier Justice, a retail destination founded in 2015 by Mike and Bren Brown, offers firing ranges, a café and an exclusive fashion boutique that sells a variety of men’s and women’s apparel, jewelry and home décor. Judd Dunning of DWG Capital Group arranged debt financing for MAG Capital Partners, which is led by Dax Mitchell and Andrew Gi.

Wichita, Kan. — SVN | Chicago Commercial has brokered the $4.4 million sale of a 15,120-square-foot retail property occupied by Walgreens in Wichita. The net-leased property is located at 333 W. 13th St. Tim Franz of SVN represented the undisclosed seller. A California-based private equity group was the buyer.
