Kansas City, Kan. — In a sale-leaseback transaction, MAG Capital Partners LLC has acquired a 30,000-square-foot retail building occupied by Frontier Justice in Kansas City. Frontier Justice, a retail destination founded in 2015 by Mike and Bren Brown, offers firing ranges, a café and an exclusive fashion boutique that sells a variety of men’s and women’s apparel, jewelry and home décor. Judd Dunning of DWG Capital Group arranged debt financing for MAG Capital Partners, which is led by Dax Mitchell and Andrew Gi.

Wichita, Kan. — SVN | Chicago Commercial has brokered the $4.4 million sale of a 15,120-square-foot retail property occupied by Walgreens in Wichita. The net-leased property is located at 333 W. 13th St. Tim Franz of SVN represented the undisclosed seller. A California-based private equity group was the buyer.

Kansas City, Kan. — Block & Co. has arranged the sale of a 7,575-square-foot freestanding restaurant property occupied by Red Lobster in Kansas City. Alex Block and David Block of Block & Co. represented the seller, an undisclosed property ownership group, in the disposition of the property to LPC Retail LLC.

Lenexa, Kan. — Block & Co. Inc. Realtors has brokered the sale of Orchard Corners shopping center in Lenexa, about 15 miles southwest of Kansas City. The 200,000-square-foot property is located at the southwest corner of 95th Street and Quivira Road across from Oak Park Mall. Anchor tenants include Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Michaels. Salina, Kan. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has arranged the $2.5 million sale of a single-tenant retail property net leased to Wendy’s in the central Kansas town of Salina. The 2,967-square-foot building is located at 1940 S. Ohio St. Jason Caplan of Quantum represented the Chicago-based buyer. Matthew Mousavi of SRS Real Estate represented the seller, a real estate investment and operating company based in California.

Kansas City, Kan. — Colliers Kansas City has brokered the sale of Westfield Shopping Center in Kansas City for an undisclosed price. The 89,973-square-foot shopping center is situated at the southwest corner of 80th Street and State Avenue. Tenants include CVS/pharmacy, Citi Trends, Save A Lot, Family Dollar, Reece Nichols, Metro PCS, Fantastic Sams and T-Mobile. Mark Arensberg and Mike Yeggy of Colliers represented the buyer, Chicago-based Newport Capital Partners. The acquisition marks the first investment in the Kansas City market for Newport. The seller was undisclosed.
