Overland Park, Kan. — PEBB Enterprises and Contrarian Capital Management have sold the Pinnacle Village shopping center in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park for $16.8 million. Cherry Hill Properties was the buyer. PEBB and Contrarian purchased Pinnacle Village in May 2018 and enhanced the 108,729-square-foot center through leasing activity and property improvements. Kansas City, Kan. — In a sale-leaseback transaction, MAG Capital Partners LLC has acquired a 30,000-square-foot retail building occupied by Frontier Justice in Kansas City. Frontier Justice, a retail destination founded in 2015 by Mike and Bren Brown, offers firing ranges, a café and an exclusive fashion boutique that sells a variety of men’s and women’s apparel, jewelry and home décor. Judd Dunning of DWG Capital Group arranged debt financing for MAG Capital Partners, which is led by Dax Mitchell and Andrew Gi.

Wichita, Kan. — SVN | Chicago Commercial has brokered the $4.4 million sale of a 15,120-square-foot retail property occupied by Walgreens in Wichita. The net-leased property is located at 333 W. 13th St. Tim Franz of SVN represented the undisclosed seller. A California-based private equity group was the buyer.

Kansas City, Kan. — Block & Co. has arranged the sale of a 7,575-square-foot freestanding restaurant property occupied by Red Lobster in Kansas City. The 200,000-square-foot property is located at the southwest corner of 95th Street and Quivira Road across from Oak Park Mall. Anchor tenants include Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Michaels. Salina, Kan. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has arranged the $2.5 million sale of a single-tenant retail property net leased to Wendy’s in the central Kansas town of Salina. The 2,967-square-foot building is located at 1940 S. Ohio St. Jason Caplan of Quantum represented the Chicago-based buyer. Matthew Mousavi of SRS Real Estate represented the seller, a real estate investment and operating company based in California.
