Greenville, S.C. — Three new-to-market entertainment concepts have signed leases at the $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment of Greenville County Square currently underway in Greenville. Pins Mechanical will open a 24,366-square-foot space, and Fairway Social and Agave Bandido will occupy 9,100 and 7,000 square feet at the development, respectively. RocaPoint Partners is the landlord and developer.

Food Lion anchors each of the properties, which were sold by two separate, undisclosed sellers. Together, Oakie Mountain Shopping Center in Asheboro, East Union Plaza in Morganton and Eastgate Commons in Statesville comprise 135,000 square feet. Jacob Baruch of Legacy represented the undisclosed buyer in the transactions.

French Traver and Kodi Traver of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a Florida-based private investor, in the transaction. Ben Yelm assisted in closing the sale as the North Carolina broker of record. A New York-based private investor acquired the center.
