Duluth, Ga. — Korean street food concept Jaws TPK has signed a 1,900-square-foot lease at Mall Corners, a 304,260-square-foot shopping center located in Duluth, roughly 30 miles outside Atlanta. Scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year, the restaurant will mark the first East Coast location for the brand. Daniel Yi of Ackerman Retail arranged the lease on behalf of Jaws TPK and is representing franchisor Boxete Group in finding additional locations in metro Atlanta.
Liberty, Mo. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $1.9 million sale of a 10,963-square-foot retail building in Liberty, a northern suburb of Kansas City.
