Portland, Texas — Houston-based McLeod Sears is underway on the redevelopment of an 83,000-square-foot former Kmart store in the Gulf Coast city of Portland. Omaha, Neb. — Lockwood Development, Century Development and the City of Omaha are redeveloping Crossroads Mall in Omaha. Demolition of the mall is currently underway and is expected to be complete in May.
