Lakeland, Fla. — Lakeland South LLC, an affiliate of Century Retail LLC, has announced $750,000 worth of renovations at Lakeland South Center, a 64,332-square-foot shopping center located in Lakeland.

Livingston, N.J. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged the sale of Livingston Shopping Center, a 140,000-square-foot power center located in Livingston.
Gulf Breeze, Fla. — Westwood Financial Corp. (WFC) has acquired Tiger Point Shopping Center, a 147,400-square-foot shopping center located in Gulf Breeze near Pensacola.
Lakeview Terrace, Calif. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged the $9.6 million refinance of Lakeview Terrace Center, a 78,634-square-foot shopping center located in Lakeview Terrace.
