Phillips Edison Acquires Four Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II has acquired four grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling 305,422 square feet in Colorado, Florida and California.

Acquisitions include Fairfield Commons, a 143,419-square-foot shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmer’s Market in Lakeland, Colorado; Sanibel Beach Place, a 74,286-square-foot shopping center anchored by Publix in Fort Myers, Florida; Shoppes at Glen Lakes, a 66,600-square-foot shopping center anchored by Publix in Weeki Wachee, Florida; and Vineyard Center, a 21,117-square-foot shopping center anchored by Trader Joe’s in Templeton, California.
