David Donnellan and Todd Weintraub of CBRE managed the sale of Marketplace at Tamerac in Tamerac, Fla., by Joge Investments Inc.Tamerac, Fla. – CBRE has arranged the sale of Marketplace at Tamerac, a 67,202-square-foot retail center located in Tamerac, located 35 miles north of Miami, for $10.5 million. Marketplace at Tamarac LLC purchased the property from Joge Investments Inc., who is affiliated with locally based Janoura Realty and Management Inc. The shopping center is 100 percent leased with a mix of local and national retail tenants that include Floors Direct, Sherwin Williams and Tamarac Preschool Academy. David Donnellan and Todd Weintraub of CBRE managed the sale.
