Hanley Investment Group Arranges $2.65 Million Sale of Starbucks Coffee in California

Bakersfield, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $2.65 million sale of a 1,850-square-foot Starbucks Coffee location in Bakersfield.

Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko of Hanley represented the seller, Evergreen Development. Joe Bolognese of Major Properties Real Estate represented the buyer, a Los Angeles-based private investor.
