Dublin, Ohio — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Perimeter Center, a 139,000-square-foot shopping center in Dublin, roughly 17 miles north of Columbus. Ed Hanley and Kevin Fryman of Hanley, in association with ParaSell Inc., represented the buyer, an affiliate of Orton Development Inc., in the 1031 exchange transaction. Perimeter Center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Giant Eagle Market District, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Edward Jones, Enterprise Rent A Car, Sport Clips, UPS Store and Jersey Mike’s Subs. The seller, an undisclosed institutional real estate owner and developer, was represented by Clinton Mitchell and Amy Sands of JLL.
