Miami Beach, Fla. — HFF has arranged the $15.3 million sale of a 12,000-square-foot, single-tenant retail building leased to Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Miami Beach.
Danny Finkle, Marc Mandel, Luis Castillo and Steve Schrenk of HFF arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, 836 First Street LLC. The name of the buyer was not released. Fogo De Chão has been operating at the location since 2008 and recently extended its leased term by an additional 10 years.
