Glasgow, Ky. — NAI Isaac has arranged leases for Marshalls and Five Below at Barren River Plaza shopping center in Glasgow. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac assisted the landlord, Barren River Project LLC, in the lease transactions. Kevin Schrieiber and Kevin Mayhugh with The Shopping Center Group represented Marshalls. Michael Anderson with CBRE and Tereasa Edwards with Cushman & Wakefield represented Five Below. Both stores are scheduled to open in spring 2022. Barren River Plaza is a 350,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burke’s Outlet and TJ Samson Health Pavilion.
