Nightingale, DRA Joint Venture Buys Bellair Plaza

Daytona Beach, Fla. — A 44,270-square-foot Publix anchors the center, which was originally built in 1960.

Daytona Beach, Fla. — Nightingale Properties and DRA Advisors Inc. has purchased Bellair Plaza, a 346,249-square-foot, grocery-anchored center in Daytona Beach. The property is Daytona Beach’s largest shopping center, according to CBRE, which brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, PMAT Bellair LLC.

Bellair Plaza was built in 1960 and most recently renovated in 2006. The property is 67 percent occupied and anchored by a 44,270-square-foot Publix. Additional tenants at the center include Walgreens, Pet Supermarket, Subway, GNC and Bealls.

Casey Rosen and Dennis Carsion with CBRE’s national retail investment group represented the seller in the transaction.
