Tampa, Fla. — Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II has acquired Bloomingdale Hills, a 78,442-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located in the Riverview area of Tampa, for $9.2 million.
Renovated in 2012, Bloomingdale Hills is anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market, and home to tenants including Great Expressions Dental and Great Clips. Brad Peterson and Whitaker Leonhardt of HFF represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
