Rebecca Waters joins as executive vice president of leasing, as well as with Tara Borysiak and Bre Wagner-Clagett, who join as senior leasing representatives. Waters has over 25 years of retail real estate experience. As executive vice president of leasing, she will be responsible for directing the firm’s leasing team and overseeing all associated activities. Her previous positions were with companies such as EDENS, Spectrum Realty Advisors (Colliers) and Aronov Realty Management. As senior leasing representative, Tara Borysiak is responsible for leasing third-party retail assets throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast. She has previously held leasing positions with companies such as Westplan Investors, Simon Property Group and North American Properties. Wagner-Clagett has served as a leasing agent at EDENS and began her career with The Shopping Center Group.
