Gallatin, Tenn. — BC Wood Properties has sold Gallatin Center, a 138,238-square-foot shopping center located in Gallatin, for $9 million.
Tilton, N.H. — Shaw’s Plaza, an 89,888-square-foot shopping center located in Tilton, has sold for $11.2 million.
