Harrison, N.Y. — Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. has acquired the Harrison Shopping Center, a 25,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored center located in Harrison, roughly 25 miles outside New York City, in an all cash transaction.
Plano, Texas and Fresno, Calif. — Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired two grocery-anchored shopping centers, Plano Market Street and West Acres Shopping Center, in Plano and Fresno for a collective $57.1 million.
Arvada, Colo. — Northbrook, Illinois-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC has acquired Arvada Marketplace-Connection, a 367,510-square-foot shopping center located in the Denver suburb of Arvada, for $54.9 million.
