Lakeview Terrace, Calif. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged the $9.6 million refinance of Lakeview Terrace Center, a 78,634-square-foot shopping center located in Lakeview Terrace.
Collierville, Tenn. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired The Shops of Collierville, a 60,000-square-foot retail center located in the Memphis suburb of Collierville, for $7.43 million.
