Franklin, Tenn. — CBL & Associates Properties Inc. is set to begin a multi-million dollar renovation at CoolSprings Galleria, a more than 1 million-square-foot super-regional mall located in the Nashville suburb of Franklin.
Los Angeles — Taubman Centers Inc. (NYSE: TCO) has unveiled plans for a $500 million renovation at Beverly Center, an 886,000-square-foot shopping mall located on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Greenville, N.C. — A 49,000-square-foot Publix is set to open at Greenville Square, a 150,000-square-foot shopping center formerly anchored by K Mart in Greenville.
Irvine, Calif. — Irvine Co. is set to begin a $30 million renovation at Woodbridge Village Center, a 161,204-square-foot shopping center overlooking Woodbridge North Lake in Irvine.

Jacksonville, Fla. — Core Property Capital has acquired a 62.9-acre site across the street from St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville for the development of Town Center Promenade.
