Atlanta — FCA Partners will redevelop Buckhead Exchange, one of Atlanta’s longest-standing retail centers in the Buckhead submarket. The renovation will transform the existing 48,500-square foot structure into an updated, pedestrian-focused center.
Orlando, Fla. — Sutton Properties Inc., the owner of Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, plans to expand their existing outlet center by 110,000 square feet of leasable space by 2016.

Sevierville, Tenn. — RealtyLink LLC, Vannoy Construction and architect Cor3 Design, have announced the groundbreaking of the $25 million River Landing project, a 175,000-square-foot planned shopping center located in Sevierville.
GLENDALE, COLO. — The city of Glendale has unveiled plans for a $175 million, 42-acre mixed-use development five miles southeast of downtown Denver to be named Glendale 180.
