Tulsa, Okla. — The Owasso location will be the eighth Academy Sports store developed by GBT since 2011.
The Woodlands, Texas — Truluck’s will be located in Hughes Landing in Restaurant Row, while Starbucks will be located on the retail level of One Lakes Edge, the 390-unit luxury development in Hughes Landing.
Atlanta — Phase II of Avalon will encompass an additional 80,000 square feet of retail.
Mesa, Ariz. — The site plan calls for 710 parking spaces and a Fry’s Fuel Center consisting of a gas canopy with nine fuel dispensers.
Palm Coast, Fla. — Phase I of the to-be-renamed Island Walk, which includes the majority of small shop tenants, will be completed spring 2015.
