Plantation, Fla. — Meridian Capital Group has arranged a $12.5 million acquisition loan for Plantation Pointe, a 17,052-square-foot shopping center in Plantation, located seven miles west of Fort Lauderdale.
Brandon, Fla. — Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the $6.4 million sale of Bloomingdale Commons, a 27,555-square-foot retail center in Brandon, located 13 miles east of Tampa.
Miami — Three new restaurant and retail tenants have inked leases in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. — HFF has arranged the $25 million sale of LA Fitness Plaza, a 105,453-square-foot fitness-anchored shopping center in the South Florida community of Palm Beach Gardens.
