Leawood, Kan. — CBRE has arranged the sale of Park Place Village, a 483,119-square-foot office and retail development located in Leawood, for $126.5 million.

Olathe, Kan. – RideNow Powersports purchased the property and will occupy the space.
Milipitas, Calif. – The company has franchisee-owned stores or kiosks in 19 states.
St. Charles, Mo. – As the owner of Kueneke Properties Inc., Kueneke developed a commercial brokerage firm that specialized in tenant representation and site selection for tenants such as BP/Amoco, Bennigan’s, Family Video and Lion’s Choice.
