Cherry Hill, N.J. — Three new tenants have signed leases at Cherry Hill Mall, a 1.4 million-square-foot shopping center located in Cherry Hill in the greater Philadelphia area. Lacoste and Columbia Sportswear are scheduled to open at the property later this year, with Mango anticipated to open in summer 2025. PREIT owns and manages the center. Other tenants opening soon at the property include Alo Yoga, Kendra Scott, Dry Goods, Rowan, Signature Workspace, Kooma Asian Fusion and Sushi Bar and Inspiration Co.

Peachtree City, Ga. — Four new tenants have opened at The Avenue Peachtree City, a shopping center located in Peachtree City, roughly 30 miles outside Atlanta. Arhaus Studio, Kendra Scott, Motivate Studios and 9292 Korean BBQ now occupy 7,085; 2,000; 2,000; and 8,015 square feet at the property, respectively. American Eagle Outfitters also recently completed a renovation and has reopened at the center. JLL manages the property.
Morrisville, N.C. — Nordstrom Rack has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease in Morrisville. Situated within Park West Village, the new store is scheduled to open in spring 2025. Other tenants at the center, which is owned and managed by CASTO, include Target, Trader Joe’s and Michaels. Nordstrom plans to open within three additional locations in the state this fall and next spring, adding stores in Mooresville, Raleigh and Matthews.
Emeryville, Calif. — Tokyo Central has signed a lease at Bay Street Emeryville in Emeryville, with plans to open a 40,635-square-foot store at the newly redeveloped retail center. Owned by Pan Pacific Retail Management (PPRM), the Asian grocery concept features imported Japanese goods. Scheduled to open next year, Tokyo Central at Bay Street will also include a Japanese cuisine dining establishment. CenterCal Properties, which acquired the center in 2021, is the landlord. Feather Hat Bar, MassageLuXe, Melty, Panera Bread and Royal Suits will occupy 1,400; 2,600; 1,621; 3,755; and 1,847 square feet, respectively. Petco will occupy the remaining 18,500-square-foot endcap space, joining Sierra in backfilling the 37,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Stein Mart. Milton, Ga. — Knuckies Hoagies, a sandwich concept founded in Milton in 2019, has announced a new partnership with Walmart. The brand has executed leases to open restaurants within 14 Walmart stores across six states, including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas. According to a press release issued by the Knuckies Franchise Co., the partnership offers “a built-in customer base and prime locations.”
