ARC Thrift Stores will now occupy the anchor space, a former grocery store, at the center. Marietta, Ga. — Six new tenants have signed leases at Avenue West Cobb, a shopping center located in Marietta, roughly 20 miles outside Atlanta. StretchLab and Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux now occupy 1,156 and 6,890 square feet, respectively. The Peach Cobbler Factory and Vera Whole Health are scheduled to open early this year, in 1,400- and 5,500-square-foot spaces, respectively. Additionally, Warby Parker will open a 2,300-square-foot store at the property this spring. J.Crew Factory is also scheduled to open this spring and will occupy 5,390 square feet. Vernon Hills, Ill. — Six new tenants have signed leases at Hawthorn, a shopping center located in Vernon Hills, roughly 40 miles outside Chicago. Sephora, Anthropologie, FP Movement, The Lovesac Co. and Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will open at the property next year. Dom’s Kitchen & Market will also open a store in 2025. Fort Lauderdale and Pembroke Pines, Fla. — Footwear brand Skechers has opened two new stores in South Florida. In Fort Lauderdale, the retailer now occupies 8,840 square feet within Bal Harbour Square. In Pembroke Pines, Skechers has opened a 13,500-square-foot store situated within West Fork Plaza. Steve Miller of The Rotella Group represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Princeton, N.J. — The Container Store Group has opened a store in Princeton, New Jersey, marking the 100th location for the brand. The store features the retailer’s small-format design, which averages 12,500 square feet and includes a full Custom Spaces Studio. The Container Store is also scheduled to open a store next spring in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

South Windsor, Conn. — Whole Foods Market will open a new, 43,406-square-foot store in South Windsor. This will mark the fifth location for Whole Foods in the Hartford area. Situated within The Shops at Evergreen Walk, the store is scheduled to open Jan. 17 and will feature more than 1,000 local items from New England.
Culver City, Calif. — Four new tenants have signed leases at The Culver Steps, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in Culver City, roughly 11 miles outside Los Angeles. Skincare concept Formula Fig has opened a 2,000-square-foot store at the property, and Yunomi Handroll has opened a 2,500-square-foot restaurant. Restaurants AFURI Ramen and Laurel Grill have also signed leases at the development and will occupy 2,600 and 7,500 square feet, respectively. AFURI Ramen is scheduled to open this month, and Laurel Grill will open next year.
North Las Vegas, Nev. — Shake Shack has opened a new drive-thru restaurant in North Las Vegas, roughly 3 miles outside Las Vegas.
