Atlanta — Lincoln Property Co. has signed three restaurants to Echo Street West, its 19-acre mixed-use project currently underway in Atlanta’s Westside. Food-and-beverage concepts El Gordo Taqueria by Fuego Tortilla, Fresh Squeezed Mini Bar and Le Macaron will occupy 2,430; 1,917; and 895 square feet, respectively. Situated on The Atlanta Beltline Westside Connector, Echo Street West is being constructed in phases, with the initial development comprising 300,000 square feet of creative office space; 50,000 square feet of retail space; 292 residential units; and 3.4 acres of outdoor entertainment and greenspace. Rosenberg, Texas — The Signorelli Co. has announced plans for Phase I of Austin Point, a 4,700-acre master-planned community located roughly 30 miles southwest of Houston in Rosenberg.  Upon completion, the development will feature 14,000 homes and 15 million square feet of multifamily, office, medical, retail and hospitality space. Jacksonville, Fla. — Gateway Jax has acquired 22 acres within Jacksonville’s downtown area to develop a $2 billion mixed-use project aimed at revitalizing the city’s urban core. The first phase of the project is called the Pearl Street District. Plans for Pearl Street District include three buildings in the North Core area of Jacksonville’s downtown, which will offer more than 1,000 multifamily units and 120,000 square feet of grocery-anchored retail space. Miami — Dadeland Greenery LP, an entity sponsored by Orion Capital Partners, has purchased a mixed-use project in Miami for $58 million, with the price subject to the assumption of an existing $39 million mortgage. Four Restaurants to Open at $6 Billion Miami Worldcenter Development in Florida

Miami, Fla. — Four restaurants will join the food-and-beverage lineup at Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development currently underway in Miami. Serafina and Sixty Vines will lease 8,176 square feet and 8,672 square feet, respectively. NDM Hospitality Services will also open a dual-concept venue featuring BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. Together, the two restaurants will occupy 3,835 square feet of space. Each of the restaurants is scheduled to open next year. CIM Group and The Comras Co. lead retail leasing efforts at the project.

St. Johns County, Fla. — PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group have signed three new tenants to the retail and restaurant space at Beachwalk, a mixed-use project currently underway in St. Johns County. Starbucks Coffee, Fancy Sushi and Playa Bowls will occupy 2,500, 1,500 and 1,200 square feet, respectively. (FCADC) have announced plans for the redevelopment of Chambersburg Mall, a 127-acre property located in Chambersburg. Plans include the development of a mixed-use property at the site. “The focus remains on creating a vibrant and versatile development that caters to the evolving needs of the community,” says Dan Dilmanian, chief operating officer of Namdar, which has engaged with the FCADC for seven years to explore possibilities for the redevelopment.

Hart Lyman Co. Buys Great Northern Mall in New York for $9 Million

Clay, N.Y. —Hart Lyman Co. has purchased Great Northern Mall, a shuttered retail and dining development located in Clay, for $9 million. The new ownership plans to redevelop the 120-acre property into a mixed-use destination. Britt Raymond and Kyle Fant of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, New York-based Kohan Retail, in the transaction. The duo also procured Hart Lyman as the buyer.
