St. Petersburg, Fla. – The center is 100 percent preleased.
Atlanta – Current clients include Cumberland Farms and Chase Bank.
Sunrise, Fla. – The property is 81 percent leased.
John Lambert Jones Lang LaSalle Existing grocery chains like Publix, along with new-to-market retailers such as Trader Joe’s, are competing to capitalize on Florida’s favorable retail environment.
Tampa and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — The transaction includes 19 Circle Ks, nine Applebees restaurants, nine Fred’s Super Dollar properties and three Krystal restaurants.
Miami — The eight properties total 629,060 square feet.
Orlando and Fernandina Beach, Fla. — The two properties include Millenia Crossing and Shops at Amelia Market.
Orlando, Tampa and Boca Raton, Fla. — Florida currently has two stores.
