Las Vegas — Brixton Capital has sold Decatur 215, a 126,678-square-foot retail center located in Las Vegas. Tenants at the center, which was fully leased at the time of sale, include Petco, Hobby Lobby, Ulta Beauty, Sprouts Farmer’s Market, Sleep Number and Blaze Pizza. An entity doing business as Decatur Palm Plaza LLC acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Lucescu Realty represented the buyer, and Brixton Capital was represented on an internal basis.

Las Vegas — Newcastle Properties has purchased a 90,373-square-foot retail center located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Whole Foods Market anchors the property. Other tenants at the center include Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Blaze Pizza, Firehouse Subs and FedEx Office.
The Picklr to Open 80 New Venues in 11 States
Kaysville, Utah — Utah-based indoor pickleball brand The Picklr will open 80 new venues across eleven states, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. The facilities will be opened in partnership with 13 new franchisees. “With seven corporate owned facilities, our first-mover advantage has undeniably led to a high level of interest from well capitalized candidates across the entire country,” says Scott Schubiger, chief growth officer of The Picklr.
Henderson, Nev. — Diversified Partners is underway on the construction of a 2,573-square-foot single-tenant building located in Henderson, roughly 16 miles outside Las Vegas. Scheduled for completion later this month, the property will be occupied by Starbucks Coffee and feature a 900-square-foot outdoor patio space. The project team includes Kitrell Jenson Contractors and RKAA Architects.
Kansas City, Mo. — Kansas City-based Chicken N Pickle has announced plans to open seven new locations by the first quarter of 2025. Plans include locations in St. Charles, Missouri; Allen, Texas; Fishers, Indiana; Henderson, Nevada; Webster, Texas; Thornton, Colorado; and Parker, Colorado. Chicken N Pickle outposts typically comprise 32,000 square feet and feature a restaurant, sports bar, pickleball courts and yard games. The new openings will nearly double the brand’s footprint, which currently includes eight locations.
Las Vegas —Bojangles has signed a development agreement for 20 new restaurants in Las Vegas, as well restaurants within 10 TravelCenters of America franchise locations. TravelCenters of America franchisee LVP Restaurant Group LLC, an entity of LV Petroleum, and its investment partner, Kingsbarn Realty Capital, will lead the projects. In partnership with LVP Restaurant Group, Kingsbarn will identify and acquire properties suitable for the new Bojangles developments. In July, Bojangles launched its expansion strategy, including a streamlined menu, new building design and new staffing model.
Las Vegas — Red Ridge Development is underway on Origin at Symphony Park, a six-acre mixed-use project located in downtown Las Vegas. The development will feature 100,000 square feet of retail space, a 32-story residential tower, mid-rise apartment building, outdoor promenade and office space upon completion, which is scheduled for 2026. The McGarey Group, a division of the Divaris Group, will manage leasing for the retail space at the project in partnership with Paragon Commercial Group.
Henderson, Nev. — Three tenants have signed leases at Lake Mead Crossing, a retail center located in Henderson, roughly 15 miles outside Las Vegas. Starbucks Coffee, Sprouts Farmers Market and Chick-fil-A will join the lineup at the property, which is anchored by Target. Other tenants at the center include Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart Ross Dress for Less, Hibbett Sports and Big Lots.
Las Vegas and Palo Alto, Calif. — Simon Property Group and José Andrés Group (JAG) will collaborate to bring restaurants to three properties located in Las Vegas and Palo Alto. North Las Vegas, Nev. — Agora Realty and Management has broken ground on a 29-acre mixed-use, master-planned commercial district in downtown North Las Vegas. The redevelopment project is located at the gateway to the city, east of Interstate 5 along Lake Mead Boulevard and north along Las Vegas Boulevard. Scheduled for completion in 24 months, the $105 million project will include 200,000 square feet of retail space and 125,000 square feet of healthcare and medical office space.
