Minneapolis – The Mid-America Project Leasing and Tenant Representation teams represented landlords and tenants in the transaction.
Franklin, Tenn. – SouthStar will develop nearly 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 950 residential units and 450 hotel rooms at a boutique hotel and a limited service hotel.
Boca Raton, Fla. – The seven micro-stores will open throughout October and early November in Westfield mall locations in California.
South Pasadena, Fla. – The property was formerly occupied by Publix and recorded an average occupancy of 93 percent for the seven years prior to its departure.
Palo Alto, Calif. – C.W. Driver’s work on the project included the installation of 657 tons of structural steel in less than two months.
Charleston, S.C. – Both tenants will be located in the most recently constructed building in the center.
Greenville, S.C. – Short will serve as an owner’s representative in the South Carolina market.
Orlando and Clermont, Fla. – Plaza Advisors was the only brokerage firm involved in both deals.
Newport, Ky. – The 337,300-square-foot power center Newport Pavilion is currently 96 percent leased.
Philadelphia – Several current retailers at Philadelphia Mills are also currently undergoing significant renovations.
