Los Angeles – The location is the 19th Ashley Furniture HomeStore to be completed by the Hodgdon Group.
Short Hills, N.J. – Calypso St. Barth, Geox, Maje and The Art of Shaving have opened or will soon open in the center.
Frisco, Texas – Westside Market was 98 percent leased at the time of the sale.
San Francisco – The building was designed by Gensler and will feature an exterior façade that combines layers of clear and translucent glass.
New York – The property can be seen looking north from the center of Times Square, as well as south down Seventh Avenue from 52nd Street.
Lynchburg, Va. – Lakeside Crossing is 98.5 percent leased to 14 tenants.
Washington – Gateway Market will feature 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail, which will be curated by Edens.
Atlanta – The properties, which totaled more than $11 million in sales revenue and more than 218,000 square feet of retail real estate, are located in Illinois, Missouri and Alabama.
Boca Raton, Fla. – The seven properties total 200,000 square feet and house 80 tenants.
