Acworth, Ga — Tobin Real Estate has arranged the $15 million sale of Acworth Crossing Shopping Center, a 120,829-square-foot retail center located in Acworth, a northwest suburb of Atlanta. Built in 2006 on 15.3 acres, the center is leased to tenants including Crunch Fitness, PetSmart, popshelf and Dollar Tree. Louie Granteed of Tobin represented the seller, an entity doing business as Monarch at Acworth Crossing LLC, in the transaction. Collin Cambas and Johnny Craig of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the buyer, an entity doing business as Acworth Properties LLC.

Taylor, Mich. — KJ Commercial has brokered the $10.8 million sale of Goddard Square in Taylor. The property comprises a 77,340-square-foot shopping center, a 6,624-square-foot retail outlot building and an adjoining five-acre land parcel. Tenants include Planet Fitness, Dunham’s Sports, Cattleman’s Grocery and Del Taco. Kevin Jappaya, David Jappaya and Preston Rabban of KJ Commercial represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction.
Byron, Ga. — Halpern Enterprises Inc. has completed the development of a 2,600-square-foot build-to-suit property in Byron. Starbucks Coffee will occupy the freestanding building on a 10-year net lease. Brad Oppenheimer, Caleb Adams and Cary Halpern of Halpern Enterprises led the project.
Plano, Texas — Triten Real Estate Partners has completed the office and retail portions of Assembly Park, the redevelopment of Market Square Mall in Plano. Located along Central Expressway and Spring Creek Parkway, the project features 180,000 square feet of creative office space, 17,000 square feet of walkable retail and dining space, a park and hiking and biking trails. Additionally, Triten is set to complete The Annabel, Assembly Park’s multifamily development, in December. Tenants at the property, which is currently 65 percent leased, include TREMBLE Pilates Studio, PNC Bank, Bonchon Chicken, UMARA, Sushi Mas and The Good Feet Store. Chicago — SVN Chicago Commercial has brokered the $1 million sale of a 5,000-square-foot retail building in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood, along with the business sale of the ground-floor restaurant. A local restaurant buyer purchased the building. Marcus Sullivan and Tim Rasmussen of SVN represented the undisclosed seller. Pearl’s formerly occupied the restaurant space.
Miami Beach, Fla. — Five new tenants have signed leases at Lincoln Road, a retail center located in Miami Beach. Scheduled to open late October, Hoka, Luli Fama and IT’SUGAR will occupy 3,128; 1,440; and 2,751 square feet, respectively. IT Italian Trattoria will also open a 3,300-square-foot restaurant in October, and Turkish dessert concept Turkish Delight has signed a 1,000-square-foot lease at the property.
Galleria, Liberty and Magnolia, Texas — Baker Katz has arranged three leases totaling 7,673 square feet in Texas on behalf of T-Mobile. The tenant will occupy 2,000 square feet and 3,339 square feet in Magnolia and Galleria, respectively, beginning in the first quarter of next year. Additionally, T-Mobile has opened a 2,334-square-foot store in Liberty. Aurora, Colo. — Essex Financial Group has arranged $13 million in financing for the acquisition of Summer Valley Shopping Center in Aurora. Blaire Butler and Matt Perigard of Essex’s Capital Markets team secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan on behalf of the undisclosed buyer. Summer Valley Shopping Center was 99 percent leased to 18 retailers at the time of financing. Tenants at the property include VASA Fitness and Dollar Tree.
Cape Coral, Fla. —Thompson Thrift has sold two retail buildings totaling 24,000 square feet in Cape Coral. Situated within Cape Coral Commons, the multi-tenant buildings each comprise 12,000 square feet. Tenants scheduled to open at the properties include First Watch, Mission BBQ, Firehouse Subs, Tire Kingdom, Paragon Healthcare, Crumbl Cookies, PJ’s Coffee and Visionworks.
