San Jacinto, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale two outparcel retail buildings located in San Jacinto. A northern California-based buyer in a 1031 exchange acquired the properties from an undisclosed seller for $10.5 million. Jeff Conover and Scott DeYoung of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller, while Keegan & Coppin represented the buyer in the deal. The 14,883-square-foot property is home to tenants including GameStop, Great Clips, Wing Stop and T-Mobile.
Baraboo, Reedsburg and Wyocena, Wis. — Greywolf Brokerage, a division of Greywolf Partners Inc., has negotiated the sale of a three-property portfolio of gas stations and convenience stores in Wisconsin for $1 million. The properties are located at 516 Ash St. in Baraboo, 306 E. Main St. in Reedsburg and 123 S. Washington St. in Wyocena. Together, the properties total 6,144 square feet. Steve Turner of Greywolf Brokerage represented the undisclosed seller.
Houston — Studs, a jewelry and ear-piercing shop, has opened its first location in Houston at 2567 Amherst Street. The 1,113-square-foot store will be open Monday through Sunday and will offer ear piercings two days a week.
Altamonte Springs, Fla. — Coro Realty Advisors has sold Wekiva Square, a 175,175-square-foot shopping center located in Altamonte Springs, a suburb of Orlando. V3 Capital Group purchased the property for $23.5 million. Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of JLL represented Coro Realty in the transaction. Built in 1981 and most recently renovated this year, Wekiva Square was 99 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including HomeGoods, Dollar Tree, Fancy Fruit and San Jose Mexican Restaurant. Miami — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Keystone Shoppes, a 9,566-square-foot retail center located in Miami. Ruben Gonzalez and John Obando, private investors, acquired the property for $9.4 million. Jonathan De La Rosa of Marcus & Millichap marketed the center on behalf of the seller, Keystone Holdings. Chipotle Mexican Grill anchors the center.
Houston — EDENS has announced the addition of five new tenants to Uptown Park, a retail center located in Houston. Restaurant Lombardi Cucina Italiana will open a 9,350-square-foot location; Polestar, a Swedish electric car brand, will occupy 3,420 square feet; and GLOSSLAB, a membership-based nail salon, will occupy 972 square feet. Rocambolesc, an ice cream shop, opened at the retail center earlier this year. Fertility and reproductive health clinic kindbody also recently opened its 5,360-square-foot location at Uptown Park.
Weehawken, N.J. — Planet Fitness has signed a 19,317-square-foot retail sublease at Tower Plaza in the northern New Jersey community of Weehawken. The tenant is backfilling part of a space leased to German discount grocer Lidl. Mike Testa and Bill Farkas of Jeffery Realty represented Lidl in the sublease negotiations. Ray Villafana of Franchise Realty represented Planet Fitness.
Belvidere, Ill. — Anytime Fitness has signed a 6,276-square-foot retail lease at Southtowne Shopping Center in Belvidere, a city in northern Illinois. The property is located at the corner of Highway 20 and Pearl Street. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Southtowne Ventures LLC, in the transaction. Reston, Va. — Comstock Holding Cos. Inc. has signed mini-golf entertainment concept Puttshack to anchor Phase II of Reston Station, an 80-acre mixed-use project underway in Northern Virginia. Located near the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station at 1850 Reston Row Plaza in Reston, Puttshack will be the project’s first active entertainment venue when it opens in summer 2025.
