Denver — Baceline Investments Inc. has acquired four shopping centers located across the U.S. for $18.1 million.
Miami Beach, Fla. — HFF has arranged the $15.3 million sale of a 12,000-square-foot, single-tenant retail building leased to Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Miami Beach.
Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, in conjunction with Voit Real Estate Services, has arranged the $9.8 million sale of RC Plaza, a 37,239-square-foot retail center in Rancho Cucamonga, a city in San Bernardino County.
Roseville, Mich. — Encore Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the $3.4 million sale of a freestanding retail building leased to Applebee’s in Roseville, located 18 miles northeast of Detroit.
Dallas — Disney Investment Group (DIG) has arranged the sales of three shopping centers totaling 359,309 square feet in the Dallas and Houston metros.
Brandywine, Md. — Velocis, in partnership with Katz Properties, has acquired Brandywine Crossing, a 230,925-square-foot retail center in Brandywine, 20 miles southeast of Washington, D.C. The name of the seller and sales price were not disclosed. Safeway anchors the open-air center, which is also home to tenants such as Marshalls, Target and Costco. Katz Properties will manage the center. The transaction marks Velocis’ fifth acquisition in the Washington, D.C., metro area since 2011.

Chicago — Craft brewery 5 Rabbit Cerveceria has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease to be the first retail tenant at Mural Park in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
