Orlando, Fla. — Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the $15.1 million sale of a 16,152-square-foot Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse location in Orlando.
Houston — Capital Retail Properties (CRP), in a partnership with Wile Interests Inc., will develop Market at Houston Heights, a 30,000-square-foot retail and restaurant center in northwest Houston.
Marietta, Ga. — Capital Properties Group and Concordia Properties have unveiled the first round of restaurant tenants to occupy Marietta Square Market, a new food hall concept located in the Historic Marietta Square District, 20 miles north of downtown Atlanta.
Miami — Thor Equities has broken ground on Wynwood Walk, a 63,000-square-foot restaurant and retail development located in Miami’s Wynwood Art District.
Atlanta — Five new eateries have inked leases at The Hub, the retail portion of downtown Atlanta’s Peachtree Center.
Dallas —Oaxaca Interests has unveiled plans to redevelop a warehouse in west Dallas into a 10,000-square-foot retail and restaurant property.
Miami — Three new restaurant and retail tenants have inked leases in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Yukon, Okla. — Hooter’s, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and Arby’s will join The Market at Czech Hall, a 160,000-square-foot retail center located 17 miles west of Oklahoma City in Yukon.
