Colliers International Arranges $4.15 Million Sale of Shops at Jamaica Bay in Fort Myers

Fort Myers, Fla. — Colliers International has arranged the $4.15 million sale of Shops at Jamaica Bay, a 20,632-square-foot retail center located in Fort Myers.

Karen Johnson-Crowther and Dannielle Crowther-Robinson of Colliers International represented the seller, Orbis Properties, in the transaction.

Tenants at the center include AT&T, Allstate, Provident Jewelry, Zoom Tan, Rosati’s Pizza and Sports Bar, Merle Norman Cosmetic and Touch Salon. At the time of sale, two 1,200-square-foot units were vacant.
