Berlin, Vt. — Heidenberg Properties Group has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease with Planet Fitness at Berlin Mall, a 250,000-square-foot mall in Berlin, Vermont.
Mount Pocono, Penn. — Heidenberg Properties Group has signed two tenants to Mount Pocono Plaza, a 203,000-square-foot shopping center in Mount Pocono.
Atlanta — Five new eateries have inked leases at The Hub, the retail portion of downtown Atlanta’s Peachtree Center.
Virginia Beach, Va. — Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn have inked leases at the Town Center of Virginia Beach, a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach.
Miami — Three new restaurant and retail tenants have inked leases in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
College Station, Texas — Weitzman has arranged a 46,155-square-foot tenant lease with Tru Fit Athletic Clubs for the anchor space at Parkway Square, a 156,520-square-foot retail center in College Station.
Glassboro, N.J. — Nexus Properties has signed five new retail tenants to the Rowan Boulevard redevelopment, a mixed-use project in Glassboro.
Phoenix — Velocity Retail Group has signed two new retailers to a vacant big box formerly occupied by Fry’s Food & Drug in Phoenix.
Cherry Hill, N.J. — PREIT has opened a 26,000-square-foot location for Zara at Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, located nine miles east of Philadelphia.
