Silver Spring, Md. — H&R Retail has arranged a 42,000-square-foot lease transaction with Dave & Buster’s at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring, roughly six miles north of Washington, D.C.
Washington, D.C. — Three national retailers have signed leases for space at Shops at Dakota Crossing, a 430,000-square-foot, Class A retail center under construction in Washington, D.C.’s Fort Lincoln neighborhood.
New York City — Wahlburgers has leased an 8,300-square-foot retail property at 725 Eighth Ave. in Manhattan to open a new store.
Prussia, Penn. —JBGR Retail’s King of Prussia Town Center, a 400,000-square-foot lifestyle center located near King of Prussia Mall, is 70 percent leased and set to open in summer 2016.
Dawsonville, Ga. — Publix has signed a 45,600-square-foot lease at Dawson Crossroads, a new 98,400-square-foot shopping center under construction at 4130 Dawson Forest Road in Dawsonville.
Quincy, Mass. — Related Beal has completed the interior renovation of Presidents Place, a mixed-use property located at 1250 Hancock St. in Quincy.
