San Francisco – Singapore-based specialty restaurant VeganBurg has announced plans to open its first U.S. restaurant in San Francisco.
Hoboken, N.J. — SJP Properties has signed a lease with Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group to open a Del Frisco’s Grille, an upscale modern American bar and grill, in Hoboken.
Lyndhurst, Ohio — Columbus-based Steiner + Associates has arranged two retail leases at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, a suburb of Cleveland. L.L. Bean and The Capital Grille executed leases at the 610,000 square-foot mixed-use town center.
Dallas — Cinépolis USA will open an eight-screen, 700-seat theater in Victory Park, a 75-acre mixed-use development in downtown Dallas.
Fort Worth, Texas —Tyler’s will open a 17,274-square-foot store at the Trademark Property Co.’s WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s University District. Slated to open in early 2016, the regional retailer will bring athletic, lifestyle and collegiate apparel, footwear, eyewear and accessories to WestBend. It’s the company’s first location in Fort Worth and seventh statewide.
Sevierville, Tenn. — Casual dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube has signed a franchise development agreement with Tri C Inc. to bring the brand to Tennessee by developing a new restaurant in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area.
Tampa, Fla. — Chicken Salad Chick will open its first Tampa restaurant near the University of South Florida this summer.
Reston, Va. — The JBG Cos. has signed Chicago-based Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant as the anchor for 40,000 square feet of retail space at RTC West in Reston.
San Antonio, Texas — CBRE has signed leases for two new San Antonio locations for Austin-based fast casual restaurant VertsKebap, with a third lease in the works.
Oak Brook, Ill. — RPAI has signed three new leases with Ulta Beauty and will expand two shopping centers to accommodate the retailer.
