Katy, Texas —Four new tenants will join LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a retail center located in Katy, roughly 30 miles west of Houston, with openings scheduled through summer of this year. Restaurants The Crack Shack and Nando’s will lease 4,065 square feet and 2,754 square feet, respectively. One Medical, a primary care practice, will occupy 3,843 square feet, and eyewear brand Warby Parker will open a 2,364-square-foot store at the shopping center.

Delray Beach and West Palm Beach, Fla. — DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go, a restaurant specializing in made-from-scratch pastas and tiramisu, will open two new locations in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach comprising 1,436 and 400 square feet, respectively. The West Palm Beach store will offer to-go service, with the Delray Beach store featuring delivery, takeout and some outdoor seating. DalMoros also plans to open a restaurant in downtown Orlando later this year.

Sugar Land, Texas — Moody Rambin has arranged a 3,900-square-foot lease at 13574 University Boulevard in Sugar Land, roughly 20 miles southwest of Houston. Brent Fredricks and Anthony Porraz of Moody Rambin negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of the tenant, MaiLilybelle Co. Brad Ryan and Geoff Bracken of Capital Retail Properties represented the landlord.

Neptune, N.J. — Hobby Lobby has signed a 58,952-square-foot lease at Neptune Plaza Shopping Center in coastal New Jersey. The Oklahoma-based retailer will backfill a space previously occupied by HomeGoods and Marshalls. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Michael Testa of Jeffrey Realty represented Hobby Lobby, which plans to open in 2024. Neptune Plaza, which totals 215,000 square feet, is now 99.3 percent leased.

Naples, Fla. — Guitar Center has opened a 15,000-square-foot store at the Gateway Shoppes in Naples, marking the 300th location for the brand. The location will feature Guitar Center’s latest design, including a lessons facility, rental department and hands-on DJ experience. Owned by Benderson Development, Gateway Shoppes is located at 13585 Tamiami Trail N. Bruce Shepard of The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) arranged the lease on behalf of Guitar Center.

Redlands and Walnut, Calif. — Majestic Realty Co. has arranged leases with two tenants at shopping centers in southern California. Hot Topic will open a 6,000-square-foot store at Mountain Grove Shopping Center, located in Redlands, roughly 65 miles east of Los Angeles. Additionally, CTBC Bank will lease 3,250 square feet at The Village Shopping Center in Walnut, approximately 25 miles east of Los Angeles. Majestic Realty represented the landlords in both negotiations. Beta Agency represented Hot Topic, and Miren Co. represented CTBC Bank.
