Miami, Fla. — Four restaurants will join the food-and-beverage lineup at Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development currently underway in Miami. Serafina and Sixty Vines will lease 8,176 square feet and 8,672 square feet, respectively. NDM Hospitality Services will also open a dual-concept venue featuring BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. Together, the two restaurants will occupy 3,835 square feet of space. (FCADC) have announced plans for the redevelopment of Chambersburg Mall, a 127-acre property located in Chambersburg. Clay, N.Y. —Hart Lyman Co. has purchased Great Northern Mall, a shuttered retail and dining development located in Clay, for $9 million. The new ownership plans to redevelop the 120-acre property into a mixed-use destination. Britt Raymond and Kyle Fant of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, New York-based Kohan Retail, in the transaction. The duo also procured Hart Lyman as the buyer.
