Bridgeport, Conn. — Bridgeport-Long Island Ferry will soon relocate its Connecticut terminal to a site adjacent to the eastern edge of the project, which is expected to increase ridership to more than 1.4 million passengers annually.
Newington, Conn. – The 10-year loan features two years of interest-only payment and a 30-year amortization schedule.
New Britain, Conn. – The acquisition is Grossman’s sixth in Connecticut in the last two years.
Greenwich, Conn. – According to the REIT, the properties are protected from new competition due to high barriers to entry and a lack of developable land in the area.
Bethesda, Md. – The seven-property portfolio in four states totals more than 2.1 million square feet and is approximately 96 percent occupied.
Cheshire, Conn. – The center is currently in the pre-development stage.
