Davie, Florida – Weston Road Shopping Center is anchored by Office Depot and AC Moore and is 98 percent leased.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – The center was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Ruskin and Largo, Fla. – Mike Milano and Ron Schultz represented the sellers in the transactions.
Palm Coast, Fla. – Branch, in conjunction with Michael Collard Properties, acquired the 28.7-acre site in May from Chicago-based The Inland Real Estate Group.
