Viera, Fla. – The firm selected a private, non-1031 exchange and all-cash investor who went non-contingent prior to the tenant opening its doors.
Tamerac, Fla. – Marketplace at Tamerac is 100 percent leased to regional and national tenants.
Pensacola, Fla. – Village Oaks was most recently renovated in 2013, and is 95.4 percent leased to national and regional tenants.
Miami – Publix anchors three of the retail centers in the portfolio and Winn-Dixie anchors two.
Jupiter, Fla. – Atlantic Retail Properties represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Bradenton and Cocoa Beach, Fla. – The properties were marketed on behalf of Retail Properties of America Inc., and were purchased by Branch Properties LLC.
Bethesda, Md. – The seven-property portfolio in four states totals more than 2.1 million square feet and is approximately 96 percent occupied.
