Pensacola, Fla. – Village Oaks was most recently renovated in 2013, and is 95.4 percent leased to national and regional tenants.
Miami – Publix anchors three of the retail centers in the portfolio and Winn-Dixie anchors two.
Jupiter, Fla. – Atlantic Retail Properties represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Bradenton and Cocoa Beach, Fla. – The properties were marketed on behalf of Retail Properties of America Inc., and were purchased by Branch Properties LLC.
Bethesda, Md. – The seven-property portfolio in four states totals more than 2.1 million square feet and is approximately 96 percent occupied.
Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. – PGA Plaza is currently undergoing $15 million dollars in renovations.
Miami – Plaza Del Rey was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Orlando, Fla. – Parkway Plaza is 95 percent leased to Publix, Chase Bank, Radio Shack, Subway and Little Caesar’s Pizza.
