At the time of sale, the property was fully leased to anchor Whole Foods Market and other tenants including Petco, Walgreens, Tenet Healthcare, Childtime Childcare and Orange Theory Fitness. Delray Beach and West Palm Beach, Fla. — DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go, a restaurant specializing in made-from-scratch pastas and tiramisu, will open two new locations in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach comprising 1,436 and 400 square feet, respectively. The West Palm Beach store will offer to-go service, with the Delray Beach store featuring delivery, takeout and some outdoor seating. DalMoros also plans to open a restaurant in downtown Orlando later this year.
