Chicago — McDonald’s Corp. has reported a 30 percent decrease in its consolidated revenue for the second quarter that ended June 30. The global fast-food chain reported second-quarter net income of $483.8 million, compared with $1.5 billion for the same period a year ago. Voodoo will open the new store this fall at 1214 Westheimer Road in Houston’s Montrose district. For the month of May, the Chicago-based fast food giant reported a decline in U.S. same-store sales of 5.1 percent, compared with 19.2 percent for the month of April.
