Torrance, Calif. — Anchor Point Capital has arranged the sale of Pacific Plaza, a multi-tenant retail center located at 2382, 2390 and 2396 Crenshaw Blvd. in Torrance, about 15 miles from Long Beach. A private family fund acquired the property from an undisclosed seller for $16.9 million. Woori Bank, Subway and The UPS Store are tenants at the 28,000-square-foot property. Eric Vu of Newport Beach-based Anchor Point Capital handled the transaction.

Clermont, Fla. — Continental Realty Corp. has sold Glenbrook Commons, a 64,707-square-foot shopping center in Clermont, about 34 miles from Orlando. Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of JLL represented the seller in the transaction. CrossMarc Services acquired the property for $9.4 million. Originally constructed in 2009, Glenbrook Commons was 98.4 percent leased at the time of sale. James Ashby IV of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the buyer, MB Ventures LLC. An entity doing business as KLS Hilltop LLC sold the property for $2.1 million. Portsmouth, N.H. — RPT Realty has acquired The Crossings, a 510,000-square-foot retail power center located near the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border in Portsmouth, for $104 million. The open-air center was 95 percent leased at the time of sale, with grocers Trader Joe’s and Aldi anchoring the property. Other major tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Kohl’s, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, Chipotle Mexican Grill and McDonald’s.

Semoran Blvd., the 53-suite building was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Herbalife, Labcorp and State Farm Auto Insurance. Salim Valiani and Andrew Jaworski of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Hoffner Center LLC, and procured the buyer, Arturo Borges of Avanti Way Capital, in the transaction.
