Phoenix — Harbert Management Corp. has acquired an ownership stake in High Street, a 628,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in Phoenix. Although the sale price was not disclosed, the buyer received a $93.5 million acquisition loan to fund the transaction.

Miami — HFF has arranged a refinancing for the 126,453-square-foot retail component of Downtown Dadeland, a mixed-use development comprising seven buildings in Miami.
Tampa and Dunedin, Fla. — The Shopping Center Group has arranged the sale of two shopping centers in metro Tampa: Northbay Commerce Center in Tampa and Weathersfield Commons in Dunedin, roughly 25 miles west of Tampa.
