Dublin, Calif. — Dublin, California-based Ross Stores Inc. opened 19 Ross Dress for Less locations and seven dd’s DISCOUNTS locations across 14 states in September and October.

Kapolei, Hawaii — Six new restaurants are set to open at DeBartolo Development’s Ka Makana Ali’i, a 1.4 million-square-foot regional mall currently under construction in Kapolei in West Oahu.
Chamblee, Ga. — S.J. Collins Enterprises will break ground in October on Peachtree Crossing, a 107,160-square-foot grocery-anchored power center in Chamblee, an eastern suburb of Atlanta.
Burr Ridge, Ill. — Burr Ridge Village Center, operated by Trademark Property Co., is set to undergo a multi-million dollar renovation.
Mount Laurel, N.J. — Brandywine Realty Trust is set to begin construction on a 10,000-square-foot retail development located at 7000 Midlantic Drive in Mount Laurel.
Chamblee, Ga. — CONNOLLY, its affiliate Spruce Street Partners, and Terwilliger Pappas have broken ground on Phase I of development at Parkview on Peachtree, a transit-oriented mixed-use retail, restaurant, office and residential development located in metro Atlanta.
Bellevue, Wash. — The Bellevue Collection has received a $526 million construction-to-permanent loan to expand the 4-million-square-foot, mixed-use property in Bellevue.
Houston — NewQuest Properties is set to develop Stableside at Falcon Landing, a $75 million community lifestyle center located on the last remaining commercial tract of the late W.K. “Buck” King’s 704-acre Arabian horse farm in Houston.
