Frisco, Texas — Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) will break ground on Phase III of its expansion at The Shops at Starwood, a fully leased shopping center located in Frisco, on June 26.
Santa Monica, Calif. — Three new restaurants are scheduled to open this summer at Ocean Avenue South, a $350 million mixed-use residential development located on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica.
Tampa, Fla. — Tampa’s University Mall will undergo a redevelopment that will include significant changes to the mall’s western wing.
Los Angeles — Laurus Corporation is set to begin a $30 million renovation of Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, a 250,000-square-foot retail center, located just off Interstate 405 in Los Angeles.
Eastex, Texas and Pittsburg, California — dd’s DISCOUNTS, a division of Ross Stores Inc., will open two new locations on June 27.
