Daniel Island, S.C. — Crossman & Co. has arranged the $14 million sale of Daniel Island Town Center, a Publix-anchored, 68,688-square-foot shopping center located on Seven Farms Drive in Daniel Island in metro Charleston.
Gallatin, Tenn. — BC Wood Properties has sold Gallatin Center, a 138,238-square-foot shopping center located in Gallatin, for $9 million.
Tilton, N.H. — Shaw’s Plaza, an 89,888-square-foot shopping center located in Tilton, has sold for $11.2 million.
Charleston, S.C. —A partnership between Baltimore-based Alex. Brown Realty Inc. and Charlotte-based investment firm Lat Purser Associations Inc. has acquired Ashley Oaks Plaza, a 58,720-square-foot retail center, with plans for redevelopment.
